EnrichMyCare is a one-stop personalised app for managing all the health and social care needs of children with disabilities.
Parents, health & social care professionals and school staff can use EnrichMyCare to securely share health and social care records and treatment plans. The app allows the carer to keep a comprehensive list of medications, allergies and professionals working with the child.
